Demineralization plants
Demineralisation plants based on ion exchange resins are used for water recycling and ion removal, ensuring an optimal electrodeposition results.
Non-regenerable systems use disposable demineralizing resins that are replaced once depleted. Capacity ranges from 550 to 2000 L/h, with conductivity ≤ 1 µS for pure water.
Regenerable systems allow resin regeneration within the unit to maintain optimal water purity levels. Capacity ranges from 2000 to 15,000 L/h, with conductivity ≤ 10 µS for pure water.
Compact bed regenerable systems enable faster regeneration cycles and improve overall plant efficiency. Capacity ranges from 6,500 to 15,000 L/h, conductivity ≤ 5 µS for pure water, and eluate volumes lower by 40-50% compared to co-current systems.
